Fluno Center Room Cancellations: Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to Badger home games and 48 hours for other dates prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties in the amount of 1 - night stay.

Workshop Cancellations: Full refund of fees will be made on cancellations received 10 business days prior to the start of the event. Following that date, a 40% administrative fee will be retained. There will be no refund for no-shows or cancellations during the event.

Join us for an engaging session exploring how the use of artificial intelligence (AI) can transform your school's communication efforts.

This session will examine some of the ethical concerns surrounding the use of this powerful tool, and then dive into prompting strategies and resources to improve outreach outcomes.

Participants will get a chance to use AI to craft compelling newsletters, generate engaging social media posts, and send targeted messages tailored to specific audiences.

With school finance being such a complex puzzle - it becomes difficult to clearly communicate to the public how funding, budgeting, and school tax levies mixes with enrollment, three year rolling averages, grants, categorical aids, fund accounting and much, much more!  This presentation will provide an overview of school finance followed by some suggestions on how to communicate the complexities in an understandable way.

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II update in April of 2024 directly affects your website and all electronic communications. There are many things that go into making your website and electronic communications accessible for all of your students, guardians, and community members. We will cover practical tips on how you can find and fix common issues to ensure that your content meets your end users’ needs. We will also explore common issues cited in the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) audits experienced by Wisconsin public school districts in 2023-2024.
