Honor someone who amplifies school communications!

Each WSPRA member school district are provided with a certificate template to be presented annually to an individual, or individuals, who have gone above and beyond in their respective districts to amplify the efforts of school public relations and communications.

The intent of this program is not only to celebrate, but also to shine the spotlight on the importance of school communication and the mission of WSPRA, which is to expand the capacity of its members to provide effective communication management for the purpose of strengthening educational opportunities for all students.

Instructions for WSPRA member school districts:

• Identify an individual, or individuals, who are exceptional supporters of your work in school communications.
• Customize and print the certificate template (If you do not use Canva, please contact Joelle Doye at joelle.doye@mp.k12.wi.us at to make a certificate template for you.)
• Present the award to your recipient(s) and take a photograph.
• Publicize your story on communication channels to celebrate. Tag WSPRA!
• Email WSPRA Immediate Past President Joelle Doye at joelle.doye@mp.k12.wi.us with your photo and award for our publications and record keeping.
