Of course, it starts with modeling the behaviors you want emulated throughout your school district. As a leader, you have many decisions to make, such as how you want your customers treated, and to what standards you will hold your staff accountable. This very practical session takes aim at the three ways we interact with customers: face-to-face, telephone, email. We will run through a list of best practices for each, and you can begin implementing these strategies into your own service immediately.
