WSPRA is seeking candidates to fill an open position on the Board of Directors. This position must be filled by a representative from a school district.

Interested members should submit a letter of interest to the WSPRA President Emily DeBaker by APRIL 27 (emily.debaker@rusd.org). Following the submission deadline, a selection committee, chaired by the Immediate Past President, will be formed to review applications and conduct interviews. Final nominees will be presented to the Board of Directors for approval.

Additional information:

• The term of office is for two years (can serve three consecutive terms for a total of six years).
• The Board of Directors will do their due diligence in appointing Directors representing various demographics, i.e., size, location, etc.
• No two board members will be from the same school district or organization (policy began in 2025-26).
• Board members employed by a Wisconsin CESA are considered to be representing business organizations.
• The newly appointed board member is invited to attend the Board of Directors annual strategic planning retreat on June 18 (9 am - 3:00 pm; location TBD near Madison).
