The WSPRA Board of Directors has approved an updated Strategic Plan to serve as a roadmap for the future of the organization. The original plan was completed in 2018. Board members met in June 2023 to revise the existing plan, with a subcommittee completing the work in July and August.

The revised Strategic Plan was approved by board members at their August 22 meeting, The plan includes 2023-24 action items for each of five goals.
