JOB OPPORTUNITY: Chief Marketing Officer – Alumni Nations

Customer Success Associate Wisconsin, USA Alumni Nations™ assists schools, school districts, and education foundations to energize and engage their alumni and other constituents, positioning schools as the foundation of strong neighborhoods, workforces, and communities. We are experts at helping to find and connect with K12 alumni, alumni-parents, and the greater community through our software and services, helping clients to achieve a margin of excellence that cannot be attained without community support. Our goal is to become a critical partner to school districts and education foundations in the US. We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Associate to work with current and new clients to ensure for ultimate client satisfaction and success. You will work primarily with clients in the onboarding process, performing training sessions and setting up their nations. An excellent Customer Success Associate will have great customer service hands, enjoy working with school districts and foundations and have experience in communications, fundraising and event planning. The goal is to ensure the company’s current clients’ alumni programs are achieving success and new clients establish and maintain outstanding alumni programs through training and technology. What you’ll be doing: Your primary focus is customer retention through excellently executed nations. This includes: • Working directly with school districts and school district foundations for direct nation development to help shape the overall product for customer success • Hosting training sessions with newly onboarded clients • Developing client alumni websites and databases • Developing and sending out quarterly client success assessments • Manage client communications and website content • Liaising with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service and nation development that meets customer demands • Assisting with content development for the Alumni Nations blog What we’ll want you to have: • Communications skills including copy writing, press releases, and social media • Experience working with templated web programs • Training/teaching abilities to guide clients through a 6 session communications and fundraising training workshop • Fundraising/donor management experience • Customer service experience • Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g. CRM) • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities • A bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field • Nonprofit industry and fundraising experience a plus Why you’ll want to come work here: • Ability to participate in company growth- an owner, not a renter • Ability to control your own destiny- you are shaping the vision
