WSPRA Communications Survey in the news

WSPRA’s incredibly thorough Statewide School Communications Survey (100-percent response rate) was highlighted in a Milton Courier  report on the Milton School District’s hiring of a new communications supervisor position.

The district’s early July hiring of Milton City Administrator Jerry Schuetz made headlines in the community of about 5,500, located just outside Janesville in south central Wisconsin. Courier Managing Editor James Debilzen, who penned the article, referenced the WSPRA survey’s findings about the number of dedicated school communications positions in the state and the pay ranges for such positions.

WSPRA — with assistance of CESA 6, the Wisconsin Association of School District Administrators and School Perceptions — conducted the survey in the late spring of 2013. Results were published in January.
