Celebrate Successes

It is important for school districts to celebrate successes, to recognize various achievements that make the district great. There are many methods to accomplish this important task:

  • celebrate the accomplishments of students (academic, athletic, etc.)
  • recognize staff members who have reached a milestone
  • honor a community member who has contributed to the success of a school or the district
  • recognize volunteers
  • celebrate the attainment of a critical district goal
  • begin each board meeting with a time of celebration and honor
