2018 Spectrum Award Entries Due August 24th

This summer, pull together your best school PR projects and submit them as entries for the 34th Annual Spectrum Awards.
The deadline for this year’s competition is FRIDAYAUGUST 24th.  And it’s FREE to enter!
WSPRA’s Spectrum Awards are a statewide opportunity for Wisconsin public education professionals involved in the writing and design of print and electronic materials and development of special projects.
  • Showcase your achievements.
  • Be recognized for your creativity and efforts.
  • Get constructive feedback about your communication efforts.

There is NO COST to submit entries.  This year’s entries must have been completed between July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018.

Please follow this four-step process to submit an entry.
  1. Entry Form – Submit the electronic Entry Form.
  2. Project Summary – Prepare a one-page summary document that includes the following: Project Name, Target Audience(s), Budget, Goals and Objectives, Research and Planning, Execution, Project Information, Evaluation
  3. Supporting Documentation – Prepare supporting documentation, such as images, video, PDF documents, web links, etc.
  4. Submit – Share a Google Document or Folder, or send an Email, with Project Summary and Supporting Documentation to wspraspectrumawards@gmail.com (use as the subject: “2018 Spectrum Award Entry – YOUR DISTRICT/ORGANIZATION”)
The awards will be presented at the November 7-9, 2018 WSPRA Fall Conference at the Sheraton Madison Hotel.
